This agreement is made this day between Intelligent Design, hereinafter referred to as Principal, and the Contractor. The Principal agrees to pay the Contractor fifty per cent (50%) of the cost of the website sold to the customer minus the $250.00 Intelligent Design Fee. Payment to the Contractor will be made twenty one business days (21) after the new customer activates the website and agrees to the Website Service Agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall be in any way construed to constitute the Contractor as an employee or representative of the Principal. The Contractor shall be totally independent of the Principal, and may extend any or no effort in procuring new customers and shall be liable for all exprnses associated with his or her efforts, if any. The only obligation of the Principal is to pay the Contractor according to the terms set forth above.
